本条款与 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）同时适用。两者冲突之处，以对你更有利的条款为准。These terms apply alongside Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Where the two conflict, whichever term is more favourable to you prevails.
一、许可范围1. Scope of the licence
我们授予你一项个人的、不可转让的、非独占的许可，允许你在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上，按 App Store 使用规则安装并使用轻轻。你不得对本 App 进行反向工程、反编译、出租、出售或再许可。We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use Feather on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, rent, sell, or sublicense the app.
二、Pro 买断说明2. About the Pro purchase
- 轻轻 Pro 为一次性买断，不是订阅，不会自动续费，不会产生任何后续扣款。Feather Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It does not auto-renew and produces no recurring charges.
- 购买后即永久解锁：整理即归档、相似照片分组。The purchase permanently unlocks filing-while-you-review and similar-photo grouping.
- 同一 Apple ID 可在你的多台设备上使用「恢复购买」重新解锁，无需二次付费。Use "Restore Purchases" to unlock it on your other devices with the same Apple ID, at no further cost.
- 免费版的滑动整理不设使用次数限制，也没有广告（截屏、按月、按相簿等全部来源都包含在内）。Swipe-based cleanup is unlimited and ad-free in the free version, across every source — screenshots, by month, by album, and the rest.
三、退款3. Refunds
所有购买均由 Apple 处理，退款请求同样需要向 Apple 提出：访问 reportaproblem.apple.com 并选择对应订单。我们无法直接为你退款，但如果你在退款过程中遇到困难，可以联系我们协助说明情况。All purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests must go to Apple as well: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the relevant order. We cannot issue refunds directly, but if you run into trouble with the process, contact us and we will help explain the situation.
四、关于删除照片的重要提示4. Important notice about deleting photos
轻轻不会永久删除你的照片。Feather never permanently deletes your photos.
App 中的所有删除都通过 iOS 系统接口把照片移入系统「照片 → 最近删除」相册，并会弹出由系统自身呈现的确认框。照片在「最近删除」中保留 30 天，期间你可以随时完整恢复。超过 30 天后由 iOS 系统自动清除，该行为由系统控制，不受本 App 影响。Every deletion in the app goes through iOS system APIs that move photos into the system "Photos → Recently Deleted" album, and each one raises a confirmation dialog presented by iOS itself. Photos stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days and can be fully restored at any point during that window. After 30 days iOS purges them automatically — that behaviour is controlled by the system and is outside this app’s influence.
请注意：删除照片是你主动做出的决定。我们强烈建议你在大规模整理前确认已有备份（如 iCloud 照片或电脑备份）。对于你确认删除并在 30 天恢复期内未恢复而导致的照片丢失，我们不承担责任。Please note that deleting a photo is a decision you make. We strongly recommend confirming that you have a backup — iCloud Photos or a computer backup — before a large cleanup session. We are not liable for photos lost because you confirmed their deletion and did not restore them within the 30-day window.
五、存储空间说明5. About freed-space figures
App 中展示的「已释放 XX MB」是基于系统提供的资源信息做出的估算值，用于给你直观反馈。由于照片仍在「最近删除」中保留 30 天，设备的可用空间通常要等系统真正清除后才会完全体现。该数字不构成对实际可用空间变化的精确承诺。The "XX MB freed" figure shown in the app is an estimate derived from resource information the system provides, offered as immediate feedback. Because deleted photos remain in Recently Deleted for 30 days, your device’s available storage usually will not reflect the full amount until the system actually purges them. The number is not a precise promise about available storage.
六、免责声明6. Disclaimer
本 App 按「现状」提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对 App 的适销性、特定用途适用性或不间断无错误运行作出明示或默示的保证。相似照片的分组结果基于算法判断，可能存在误判或漏判，最终的保留 / 删除决定由你做出。The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted error-free operation. Similar-photo grouping is the result of algorithmic judgement and may produce both false positives and misses; the final keep-or-delete decision is always yours.
七、责任限制7. Limitation of liability
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用或无法使用本 App 而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失不承担责任。在任何情况下，我们的累计责任不超过你为本 App 实际支付的金额。本条款不排除或限制依法不可排除或限制的责任。To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the amount you actually paid for it. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
八、条款变更8. Changes to these terms
我们可能不时更新本条款，更新后会修改本页面的生效日期。重大变更会在 App 内提示。继续使用即表示你接受更新后的条款。We may update these terms from time to time and will change the effective date on this page when we do. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
九、适用法律9. Governing law
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（不含港澳台地区法律）。因本条款产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可向开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). Disputes arising from them should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction at the developer’s place of business.
本条款以中文版本为准。英文版本仅为方便阅读而提供，如有歧义，以中文版本为准。The Chinese version of these terms is authoritative. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version prevails.
